Elevate: Bone Stacking & Arm Balances Workshop

Using the foundations of the body’s 5 axes of mobility, Elevate: Bone Stacking and Arm Balances is a beautifully tailored follow up to the body mechanics of alignment and inversions. Bone stacking is a technique, truly showcased in acrobatics and acro-yoga, adapted to the world of yoga arm balance practice.

This workshop is designed to give every practitioner insight to what bone stacking is, how to find it, along with the range of motion and strength necessary to maintain stacked positions. Together, we’ll touch on strength and mobility exercises needed to make arm balances fluid, graceful and effortless, including crow, crane, firefly, flying pigeon, chinstand, 8-angle poses, 1-arm balances, and many more. Beginner balancers and seasoned pros will learn how to integrate these poses and transitions into your practice with confidence.
