Yin Massage & Oils Workshop

This class will feature a combination of Yin Yoga, a practice defined by holding poses for a comparatively long time so as to work deeply into the muscles, intermittent periods of massage during the practice to enhance the effect of each pose in a new way, and all of it done while the therapeutic aromas of essential oils waft through the air.

Caitlin Bockstanz will be providing personal oil rollers for each student, as well as doTERRA essential oil products available for purchase afterward. Come learn what essential oils are, why quality matters and how to use them in your daily life and yoga practice for positive affectations on health, wellness and vitality.

Evolution of Self - A Yoga & Philosophical Workshop Series

The Philosophy of Self is a two hour workshop. The first hour will be a philosophical discussion focusing on the Vedanta tradition of yoga as it relates to how the Self is cleverly disguised as the working tools of your body, mind, and intellect. The second hour will consist of a physically demanding yoga practice designed to erode toxic attachments & identity constructs that cling to your outermost body layer. You will emerge with a deeper understanding of what is reality & untruth, valuable & invaluable; all of it leading to a renewed commitment to a more authentic life.
