Bodhi Yoga has partnered with Love Your Brain (LYB) to host a recurring six-week specialized yoga and meditation series that is FREE for people who have experienced a TBI and their caregivers.

The FUNdamentals Series is a 6-week yoga program. The program will be taught every Monday from 3:30pm-5:00pm starting on April 8th, and ending on May 13th. The next series will be taught in July.

In Slow Flow, you’ll be guided throughout the session, from the fundamental principle guiding any yoga practice, pranayama (or breath-work), to basic asana, the set of physical postures and poses we typically associate with the practice of yoga.

20 or 30 Day Yoga Challenge!

February 3rd-March 9th, 2019

What does this mean? It means that for the month of February (and a little bit beyond for those of you who have a vacation planned) we are encouraging you to commit to a daily practice. There are two tiers: The 20-day goal and the 30- day goal with corresponding prizes!  The benefits of a daily practice cannot be described enough. Giving yourself the time to be present, come to your mat, and breathe translates into less anxiety, increased productivity, and a host of other advantages. There are also the physical benefits of more strength, flexibility, and bodily awareness.

*Does not need to be 20 or 30 days consecutively.
*If planning on doing a double - must be one morning and one evening practice.

Gentle Flow + Meditation

Bodhi Yoga invites all members and current students to attend a special class we're hosting here at the studio on Friday, November 2nd at 6pm.The class will be approximately one hour long and will consist of three segments: a fifteen minute guided meditation led by Mridu Pasrija featuring some of the more traditional elements of classical yoga including a mantra recitation, followed by a thirty minute gentle flow sequence taught by Alana, and ending with a fifteen minute meditation reconnecting breath-work and self-awareness with the practice.
The class will be free for all members and students with an unlimited-class plan, otherwise the cost will be the standard drop-in rate of $16.
