Prepare for the Winter Solstice, a time to reflect upon balance as the day and night reach an equilibrium. Release and cultivate the energies pent up deep within yourself with these two complementary practices: Yin Yoga & Acupuncture.

Join us for a 60 minute Yin yoga class focusing on relieving the deep and often strained connective tissues of the back, hips, and pelvis through a series of simple postures characterized by long holds; work towards gradually opening up the spaces deep within so that the stress of everyday life may seep away. Class will be followed by savasana, or resting period, where acupuncturist Ruth will visit each student to choose acupuncture points that further deepens this newly achieved muscle elasticity, enabling an even greater relaxation. Experience a renewed sense of self and greet the new year with a rejuvenated body & mind!

Space is limited to just ten students! Cost of attendance is $50/person. Eligible for a member’s discount if purchased in studio.
