Join us for Spooky Flow at 6:00pm, a free community Slow Flow class open to the public. We will be accepting donations on behalf of C.A.R.E.S., an local organization dedicated to offering comprehensive support services for individuals and their families in and around the Farmington Hills area that are in need or have limited access to everyday necessities due to insufficient financial resources or family instability. The 6pm Ashtanga and 7:15pm classes are cancelled today. All other classes including LYB’s FUNdamentals series will still be taught at their usual times. Enjoy the holiday!
