Ashtanga Primary Series w/ Amanda

Donation based class benefiting Love Your Brain, a non-profit organization that aims to improve the quality of life of people affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI)—from concussion to severe injury—through programs that provide gentle yoga, community & guided meditation classes tailored to their needs. Love Your Brain is the message that embodies a more positive approach to brain injury prevention and recovery. Everything LYB does is about connecting, educating and empowering people to promote a brain healthy lifestyle.

The Primary Series follows a dynamic sequence of poses designed to stretch, strengthen, and detoxify your body. The class will differ somewhat from our regularly scheduled Ashtanga classes here at the studio; only a small portion of the Primary Series is covered during a typical class, with the more complex poses being left out.  Expect to sweat and be challenged!
The class will be hosted here at the studio on March 3rd at 12:00pm. The series will take approximately 90 minutes to complete, so prepare accordingly!

Minimum donation of $15 to Love Your Brain required to attend. You can make your donation online through our fundraising page. Cash donations also accepted in studio.
