The class will be a Slow Flow, the perfect class for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. In Slow Flow, you’ll be guided throughout the session, from the fundamental principle guiding any yoga practice, pranayama (or breath-work), to basic asana, the set of physical postures and poses we typically associate with the practice of yoga.
