Gong Sound Bath

Allow Holly Shay to take you on an hour long journey using this ancient relaxation technique in which three gongs are skillfully played while you lie back and relax. Experience the vibrations of the gongs as you feel the stress of your work week melt away. Science proves that deep tones and vibrations of the gong can increase circulation, relax the nervous system and guide you into a state of deep relaxation and bliss.

We have a limited number of blankets and bolsters available to borrow. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket or pillow to help make the experience more comfortable. Remember to stay hydrated.
