Happy Independence Day! Both evening classes (6PM Define+Refine, 7:15PM Slow Flow) will be cancelled on Wednesday, July 3. The morning classes will still be taught at their normal times.

We will only have the 8:30am Slow Flow on Thursday, July 4. All other classes, including the 6AM Power Flow and both evening classes, are cancelled. Normal schedule will resume Friday. Enjoy the holiday.
