Parents & Toddlers Yoga

For parents & strong walkers ages 2-5 years old. Looking for some fun & healthy activities for you and your child this summer? Join Katie and her son for a special bonding experience that introduces you and your little yogi to yoga. Classes will feature a variety of activities to keep your toddler interested, including obstacle courses, games, and stories as well as the core practices of yoga like breathing technique & asana.

Yoga can help both you and your child to improve:

  • Body Awareness

  • Coordination & Balance

  • Emotional Self-regulation

  • Attentiveness

  • Patience

  • Self-esteem

  • Social skills
