20/30 Day Yoga Challenge

What does this mean? It means that for the month of March through April 5, we want to encourage you to commit to a daily practice. The benefits of a daily practice cannot be understated. Giving yourself the time to be present, come to your mat, and breathe translates into less anxiety, increased productivity, and a host of other advantages. There are also the obvious physical benefits including increased strength, flexibility, and bodily awareness.

There are two tiers: The 20-day goal and the 30- day goal with corresponding rewards!

Additionally, Bodhi Yoga will be offering a 20% discount on our one-month unlimited class pass in studio to help encourage non-members to try the 20/30-Day Yoga Challenge. Start date of February 28 until March 6, 2020.
 
YOU CAN DO IT! IT’S FOR EVERYONE AND EVERY LEVEL, FROM BEGINNERS TO SEASONED VETERANS.
 
If you are a once-a-week practitioner, this might feel like a huge leap, but you can do it! Pace yourself. Doing yoga everyday does not mean you should hurt yourself! Try taking classes you have never done before to achieve a balanced practice. Test your progress with a Power Flow and then the next day try a slower-paced, grounding Flow & Restore. We also offer Slow Flow which allows you to move more deliberately and Yin Yoga which is a gentle class designed to help you unwind after a stressful day.
 
We also want to mention the more intangible benefits of a 20 or 30 Day Challenge: community and friendship. As adults, it gets harder and harder to make and meet new friends outside of work. There is nothing like the friends you make at your local yoga studio. When you start doing your challenge, you will meet the regular faces and members of your Farmington Community! They will keep you accountable for showing up. They will know when you’re not feeling well and when you’ve had a great day! We offer a chance to track your progress on our poster board in studio.

If you attend 20 Classes you will receive:
20% off of your next class package or one-month unlimited.
One-year unlimited members may claim a $20 discount on any event or workshop in studio.
 
For those who manage to complete the 30 Day Challenge:
Your choice of yoga props (either blocks, blankets or towels), Bodhi Yoga shirts or mugs, candles or jewelry.

Rules

Workshops and Retreat classes will count towards challenge.
