Namaste & Nourish with Chive Kitchen

Join us for a beginner's Slow Flowing class @ Bodhi Yoga to be followed up with a vegan dinner @ Chive Kitchen next door. Slow Flow connects accessible yoga postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded practice. The class slowly transitions the student from one position to another in a kind of gentle, synchronized dance, allowing time to explore individual postures so that the practitioner can build confidence.

$40 ticket price includes class for one & a vegan meal served with a Mocktail.
