Introducing Bodhi Blend: Sunday's at 10am.
Our Bodhi Blend class is a balancing combination of vinyasa flowing and longer holding poses. This class is meant to be physically challenging, yet accessible for everyone. At times the pace of class will be similar to a slow flow and will also include a portion where the pace is similar to a vinyasa. The body and mind come together in this centering and invigorating flow. During class, students are encouraged to explore all the benefits of each posture within the boundaries and framework of their own individual expressions.
