Gentle Flow & Acupuncture

Release and cultivate the energies pent up deep within yourself with these two complementary practices: Yoga & Acupuncture.

Join us for a 40-minute Gentle Flowing yoga class featuring a combination of standing and seated poses similar to our Flow + Restore classes with more of an emphasis on developing bodily awareness. Class will be followed by savasana, or resting period, where acupuncturist Ruth will visit each student to choose acupuncture points that further deepens this newly achieved muscle elasticity, enabling an even greater relaxation.
