Holly Shay invites you to a spiritual journey using ancient relaxation techniques in which three gongs are skillfully played while you lie back and relax. Experience the vibrations of the gongs as you feel the stress of the day melt away. Science proves that the deep tones and vibrations of the gong can increase circulation, relax the nervous system and guide you into a state of deep relaxation & bliss. Class will begin with a brief yoga practice. Bring something comfortable to lay on and props!
Community donation-based class benefiting CARES, a non-profit offering comprehensive support services for individuals and their families in and around the Farmington Hills area that are in need or have limited access to everyday necessities due to insufficient financial resources or family instability. CARES will offer needed support in the areas of food, clothing, job education and training.
