Yoga props, though often underestimated, are an essential and useful way to enhance and challenge your practice.
In addition to the way we usually think of using props - assisting poses to make them more accessible - props can also help us gain strength and mobility by engaging muscles and creating space in the body. Props provide important feedback to encourage proper alignment. In some cases, adding props can increase the difficulty level of the poses, adding a little extra challenge. In this workshop, designed for yogis of all levels, beginner to advanced, we will explore creative ways to use blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, and even the wall, leaving you with a new appreciation for yoga props!
