The most common thing we hear at the studio is that new students feel uncomfortable not knowing the basics and going into class feeling "blind."
We get that! These workshop/sessions will go over in detail breathing techniques & common postures that show up in (almost) every class.
2/4th – Breathing Techniques & Seated Postures: Forward bends & Twist
2/11th – Standing Postures & Balancing
2/18th – Vinyasa fundamentals (Chaturanga Dandasana)
Classes meet once per week on Wednesdays, February 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th 7:15pm-8:15pm
