We get that! These workshop/sessions will go over in detail breathing techniques, common postures that show up in (almost) every class.
9/9 – Breathing Techniques & Seated Postures: Side Bends, Forward bends, Twist
9/16 – Standing Postures / Sun Salutation A & Balancing
9/23 – Vinyasa fundamentals (Chaturanga Dandasana)
