Join us for a 40-minute Yin Yoga class focusing on relieving the deep and often strained connective tissues of the back, hips, and pelvis through a series of postures characterized by long holds. Class will be followed by savasana, where acupuncturist Ruth DACM, MS, RAc, + RN will visit each student to choose acupuncture points that further deepens this newly achieved muscle elasticity and enables an even greater relaxation.
