Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a relatively new style of yoga that combines jump training (plyometrics), tribal dancing and dynamic yoga asana into an intense workout. The practice is both uplifting and motivating, enabling practitioners to set aside ego and embrace their own beauty and build confidence. This cardio-intensive yoga workout is designed to transform body and soul through the method of Spiral Structure Technique, which forms the basis for Buti yoga's dynamic flow sequence.

Arin will be returning once per month to teach Buti Yoga, possibly on a different day of the week and time so make sure to check our web calendar regularly for the next class!

Free for all students with an unlimited membership, otherwise the cost of attendance will be the standard drop-in rate of $18.
