Gong Sound Bath

Holly Shay returns to host another session. Come celebrate the arrival of the Autumnal Equinox, a contemplative time in which we come to recognize the symmetry between dark and light as Mother Nature establishes equilibrium between night and day.
Take yourself on an hour long journey utilizing this ancient relaxation technique in which three gongs are skillfully played while you lie back and relax. Experience the vibrations of the gongs as you feel the stress of your work week melt away. Science proves that deep tones and vibrations of the gong can increase circulation, relax the nervous system and guide you into a state of deep relaxation and bliss.

We have a limited number of blankets and bolsters available to borrow. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket or even a friend to help make the experience more comfortable. Vegan refreshments available afterward.
