In this 2-hour introductory workshop, you will learn the Basic Pilates exercises and how the key principles and benefits of Pilates help daily life. You will move through a guided Basic Mat workout allowing for necessary modifications. This is an interactive workshop based on the foundation and philosophy of the Classical Pilates Method and designed to promote core strength, the activation of smaller muscles for strength and toning, and overall body awareness. Instructor: Ronda Guimond is a Third Generation Classic Pilates instructor and E-RYT yoga teacher.
