Join Ronda Guimond, Third Generation Classic Pilates instructor and E-RYT, for a beginner's Pilates class. Pilates is a exercise method designed to build core strength and improve flexibility through a blend of isometric poses and dynamic sequence of sustained movements.

After class, join us next door at Chive Kitchen for a vegan Winter Stew meal and your choice of Apple Smash mocktail or a glass of wine.
