Mindful March Donation Class

Our regularly scheduled Power Flow with all $5 walk-ins benefiting Love Your Brain, a non-profit organization that aims to improve the quality of life of people affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI)—from concussion to severe injury—through programs that provide gentle yoga, community & guided meditation classes tailored to their needs. Love Your Brain is the message that embodies a more positive approach to brain injury prevention and recovery. Everything LYB does is about connecting, educating and empowering people to promote a brain healthy lifestyle.

Power Flow is considered by some students to be the next step in their personal practice after Slow Flow, and will be a more dynamic practice comparatively. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow similar to Slow Flow but at a greater pace. The goal is to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind; a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.

Minimum donation of $5 to Love Your Brain required to attend. Your donation, efforts and contributions will go towards helping LYB expand their evidence-based Yoga program into all 50 states and all 10 Canadian provinces by 2021. Feel free also to share and donate to our fundraising page.
