Join Alana, Bodhi Yoga owner & instructor, for a beginner's Slow Flowing class @ Shiawassee Park in downtown Farmington. Slow Flow connects accessible yoga postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded practice. As the name would imply, the class slowly transitions the student from one position to another in a kind of gentle, synchronized dance, allowing time to explore individual postures.
Price includes class for one & a Loaded Chive Salad with a Mint Limeade @ Chive Kitchen’s outdoor patio seating. The salad will be loaded with gluten-free plant based proteins and vegetables accompanied by an Herb Vinaigrette.
