Nourish & Namaste with Chive Kitchen

Join Alana, Bodhi Yoga owner & instructor, for a beginner's Slow Flowing class @ Shiawassee Park in downtown Farmington. Slow Flow connects accessible yoga postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded practice. As the name would imply, the class slowly transitions the student from one position to another in a kind of gentle, synchronized dance, allowing time to explore individual postures.


Price includes class for one & Chive Nachos: Tortilla chips topped with Cumin Lentil Chili, Nacho Cheese, Tomatoes, Scallions, Guacamole, Salsa and Sour Cream served with a Margarita Mocktail. Chili and Nacho Cheese high in protein and gluten free.
