This class will strengthen the various muscle groups with specific movements focused on upper body, glutes & hamstrings, core, & cardio.

Here is one 60-minute class :

Upper:
Bicep & triceps Curls

Glutes & Hamstrings:
Squats lowering in two counts, power up to lift
Back Lunges w/ Overhead Press
Side Squats

Core:
Super Planks
Row Slides
Reclined Reach Ankle-to-Ankle

Cardio:
Quick Shuffle Feet Side-to-Side - Touch floor each time.
Broad Jump
Mountain Climbers
