Squats lowering in two counts, power up to lift
Back Lunges w/ Overhead Press
Side Squats
Core:
Super Planks
Row Slides
Reclined Reach Ankle-to-Ankle
Cardio:
Quick Shuffle Feet Side-to-Side - Touch floor each time.
Broad Jump
Mountain Climbers
