Holly Shay returns to host another Gong Sound Bath meditation.
Class will begin with a guided nidra meditation.
The latter half of class will consist of a Gong Sound Bath in which three gongs are skillfully played while you lie back and relax. Experience the vibrations of the gongs as you feel the stress of the day melt away. Science proves that deep tones and vibrations of the gong can increase circulation, relax the nervous system and guide you into a state of deep relaxation and bliss.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket or even a friend to help make the experience more comfortable.
