Join Rebecca for a beginner's Slow Flowing class @ Shiawassee Park to be followed up with a vegan dinner @ Chive Kitchen next to the studio. Slow Flow connects accessible yoga postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded practice. The class slowly transitions the student from one position to another in a kind of gentle, synchronized dance, allowing time to explore individual postures so that the practitioner can build confidence.
