"Quiet Land:" Practices for Restfulness and Recuperation. In this session we will also discuss a bit about the varying mindsets that one has opportunities to summon in the practice of asanas. The reclining/restorative postures and seated forward bends will provide a clear contrast to the more active and intense work we will have been doing up to this point.
