In this workshop we’ll intersect Eastern theory with Western modalities through self massage and yoga asana. The transition between spring and summer is an optimal for body therapies that clear and restructure our layers of being, from energetic to physical.
We will begin practice on our mats to build heat in growing structures such as muscles, tendons and fascia.
Then, we'll dive into self massage techniques that target musculoskeletal chains to work to unwind energetic and physical build-up following the winter season.
