Book a Thai Massage

Traditional Thai massage has been used in Thailand for over 2,500 years for muscle relaxation and healing. Traditional Thai massage principles work on the basis of the energy lines (Sen) to clear energy blockages and balance the body’s energy. Thai Massage will be performed upon a foam mattress. comfortable clothing is worn by the client at all times, and no creams or oils are used.

Traditional Thai massage is believed to provide a multitude of benefits to the body including:

1. Relaxation | Thai massage incorporates whole body movements, many of which are yoga-like, leaving the feeling of relaxation. Plus, Thai massage is focused on improving the flow of energy throughout your body, making you feel rejuvenated.

2. Flexibility | The stretching maneuvers will help to maximize your range of motion and flexibility in your limbs. During the yoga-like stretches your muscles and nerves are stimulated to their maximum straining point relieving stiffness

3. Blood Circulation | By releasing pressure points to the Sen Lines around the body, the blood circulation can deliver an important energy boost to where it is needed throughout the body.

4. Pain Relief | With the relaxation of muscles and the improved circulation short term pain relief is very common with people reporting a significant reduction in pain following a Thai Massage.

For as long as I can recall, I have had an interest and desire to help people heal. In September 2023 I had the opportunity to attend Thai massage studies with Sarah Cheiky NLMT. My training with Sarah Cheiky ignited my passion to learn more about the body and the healing arts. I am forever grateful and the seeds of how I could help others were planted in my mind using the Thai technique of massage.
