Glow & Grow

Bodhi Yoga Day Retreat @ Revel Run

Sunday, October 5th, 2025 @ 10:00am-6:00pm

We created our fall yoga retreat because we wanted to have a chance to pause, align with our natural rhythms, fill our own cup and connect with others in our community. Taking time to tend to ourselves is not selfish and not something we need to earn. It is essential.

On Sunday, October 5th, Alana, Katie, Mary Lou, Fernanda & Amy will be hosting a day retreat called Glow & Grow. This 8-hour experience will give you a chance to rest, reset and align without having to pack a bag.

We’ll move through a warming yoga flow to open the body and stoke our inner fire, we’ll create art through color and mediation, we’ll explore transformative dance, we’ll discuss foundational pillars of well-being, share a nourishing meal, and lastly, rock out to live music.

The entire experience is designed to help you feel more grounded, clear and connected, not just for one day, but in the days and weeks after.

If you’ve been craving time to reset and reconnect in a supportive and peaceful space, we would love to invite you to join us. 🌞

Meet Your Hosts

Bodhi Yoga retreats feel like a warm embrace, a weighted blanket, a deep exhale in these energetically volatile times. When we access these deeper states of peace within our nervous system, we experience the opportunity for clarity and expansion.  We can look in the mirror and see exactly what needs to shift. We will experience slow flow vinyasa infused with energetic work within the chakras, the seasons, and the elements of our direct environment. Alana hope is that we learn the tools to allow gentle movement to nourish and calibrate our lives.

Katie is a yoga teacher , sound healer, reiki practitioner , astrology nerd and personal trainer. Outside of the yoga world she runs a goats milk soap business , B.Bliss Wellness. She brings positive energy, great music and a sparkle wherever she goes.

Amy Delira is a trauma therapist, energy healer, and soul-centered guide who supports women—especially mothers and healers—in reconnecting to themselves and their innate wisdom. She is the founder of Healers in Bloom and Deeper Roots Wellness, where she weaves together somatic, spiritual, and intuitive practices to help others come home to their bodies, reclaim their truth, and live in alignment. Amy’s work is rooted in deep presence, sacred witnessing, and a belief that healing happens in connection—with self, spirit, and community.

Mary Lou Stropoll is a lifetime artist and longtime art educator. She has taught all levels of art, from elementary through continuing adult education. Her work explores personal and common narratives through a variety of media. Currently she teaches art full-time at Brother Rice High School, is the co-founder of Skep Space in downtown Farmington, and has painted many murals, the exterior of the former Sunflour Bakehaus in Farmington.

Fernanda Payão is a dancer, educator, and circle dance facilitator from São Paulo, Brazil, now living in Rochester Hills, Michigan. With over 20 years of experience teaching dance to children and adults, she brings warmth, presence, and deep body awareness to every group she leads.

Her background includes ballet, Indian classical dance (Kathak), and postgraduate studies in Dance and Body Awareness. Today, her focus is on Circular Dances, a practice that fosters connection, inclusion, and self-expression through shared movement.

Fernanda believes that we don’t just move bodies—we move emotions and ideas. Her circles are spaces of healing and reflection, where each participant is invited to belong, breathe, and dance together without the pressure of right or wrong.

She has led circles in schools, festivals, yoga studios, and spiritual centers in Brazil, and now shares this practice with her new community in the U.S., always honoring the power of dance to unite and transform.
